About the Job:

The Employee Health Nurse (EHN) collaborates with the Employee Health Practitioner to ensure a safe environment for employees, volunteers, patients, and visitors.  The EHN utilizes skills to assess, plan and monitor employee’s health from pre-placement to termination, as well as participates in risk assessments.  The EHN is organized and proactive, focused on improving the health, wellness and safety of our employees, and is proactive in creating programs to support the overall mission of the organization to maintain healthy lifestyles in the greater south shore region of Lake Superior. Outstanding leadership and customer service skills to work with employees at all levels of the organization as well as outside partners such as Public Health and other health organizations.  Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications and experience with electronic medical record software.

Requirements:

Shift Time: 8- hour shifts
