Job Description:
In collaboration with senior leadership, leads small clinical department(s) and business operations. Responsible for supervisory and front line management focused on operational activities within the department. The majority of time is spent on leading daily operations by planning and overseeing work of team members. Maintains optimum patient care systems through effective fiscal and operational management, which includes ensuring policies, practices, and procedures are understood and followed by team members. Communicates with parties within and outside of own job function, which may include external customers or vendors. Responsible for coaching, leading and mentoring emerging talent and developing the talent pipeline. Responsible for proper utilization of financial resources serving as leader and role model in support of continuous quality improvement, compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements; and development and maintenance of Practice Manual. Assures orientation and ongoing education for staff and has input into program development.
