The Marketing Department at Memorial Medical Center is looking for an event coordinator/planner to help with our next 55+ Wellness Day. 

The internship dates are mid-May to the end of August, approximately 8-10 hours per week. The intern will be responsible for helping with the planning and execution of our annual 55+ Wellness Day in August. This is a great resume builder!

Duties of the internship include but are not limited to: advertising layout and placement in local publications and on social media, organizing volunteers, planning MMC’s vendor booths layout, scheduling and attending lunch and learn promos in the community for the event, accumulating and planning prize drawings and door prizes, ordering promotional items, attending monthly planning meetings with our 55+ committee, and photography of the event.

A stipend is available for this internship, as well as an opportunity for a bonus.
