Mother & Baby Yoga Classes

Mothers and babies (6 weeks – 9 months) are invited to enjoy movements and activities together in this relaxed paced mother and baby yoga class. Exercises focus on bolstering mom and baby’s bond while rebuilding mom’s core awareness and supporting baby’s natural motor development. Moms are encouraged to check with their health provider before beginning any exercise program after labor and delivery.

Classes occur monthly and are complimentary for any new moms and babies.

Meet the Instructor:

mom and baby yogaMeghan Salmon Tumas is a vinyasa yoga teacher living and working in Ashland. Her classes incorporate modern movement science, mindfulness practices, and yogic techniques for personal growth. Meghan is also a wife, mother, and scientist who enjoys cooking, roller derby, and rock climbing.
