Would you like your photo to be featured on the walls for all to enjoy? It’s for a good cause! We want to display YOUR regional photos. The top photo in each category will have a $250 donation made to the charity of their choice.
Memorial Medical Center is growing, and new space means new artwork on the walls! Right inside the main entrance of Memorial Medical Center will be Occupational Therapy, Cardiac Rehab, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Wound Care and Pediatric Therapy. We’re so excited to share this new space with you in early 2022.
CATEGORIES:
There will be 1 winner and 6 runner-ups in each category.
PRIZES:
The photos will be shown to a panel of judges. Each category will be awarded one prize. The winner will receive $250 to be donated to a charity of their choice in the winner’s name. Charity must match MMC’s mission and approved by the panel of judges.
HOW TO ENTER:
Contest begins October 20th and closes November 30th, 2021 at 11:59PM.
Photos should submitted using the form below, OR emailed to marketing@ashlandmmc.com.
Please specify the category you are entering (Winter Scenes, Parks and Trails, or Waterscapes). Entries must include details of when and where the photos were taken. Multiple entries are accepted, up to a maximum of 5. The submitted photo must never have been exhibited publicly or selected as a winner in any other contest.
Photos must be submitted by the photographer or with the photographer’s permission. Prize is awarded to the photograper.
PHOTO CRITERIA:
Photos must be in portrait orientation and be available in high-res if selected as a winner. NOTE: IF THE ORIGINAL PHOTO IS NOT AVAILABLE IN HIGH-RES, PLEASE DO NOT ENTER. If people are in the picture, they either must not be identifiable or have permission from the subject(s).
Submission in this photo contest confirms the photographer’s right to waive copyrights and allows Memorial Medical Center to use the photo (with credit) in other marketing opportunities (newsletters, social media, etc).
ELIGIBILITY:
This contest is open to everyone. Minors must have parent/guardian consent to enter.
Memorial Medical Center (MMC) is a Critical Access Hospital with approximately 600 employees and over 60 full-time physicians on staff. MMC serves as a regional medical referral center for patients from seven northwestern Wisconsin counties and the neighboring Gogebic County of Michigan. MMC opened in 1972 and operates as a private, not-for-profit hospital.
