Your provider has deemed you eligible for a virtual visit. Great! Now what? Follow these guidelines for a successful appointment.
Currently, virtual visits are available for some outpatient behavioral health patients and certain Specialty Services. Memorial Medical Center is working to expand this option to more service lines in the near future.
• Virtual Visit appointments are scheduled by your provider and registration staff.
• You can complete the e-check-in up to one week before your scheduled appointment
• Please log in to your virtual visit 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
